Stan Moyer is Vice President and Executive Director, Global Inventures, where he is responsible for launching and providing strategic guidance and leadership for technology collaborations. In addition to the UPVI Alliance, Stan is also Executive Director for the OVCC, and the SD Card Association.

Stan Moyer has over 24 years of experience in the communications industry. He worked for 21 years in the Applied Research area of Telcordia Technologies, where, most recently, he was the strategic research program manager responsible for overseeing Telcordia's long-range research program and helping to monetize its output. He has published over thirty technical articles in refereed journals and magazines and holds a patent for a home network management system.

Stan was president of the OSGi™ Alliance for five years and served on the board for an additional four years. He has held many volunteer leadership positions in the IEEE Communications Society - currently he is a member of the Board of Governors and the Director of Marketing & Industry Relations.
